Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our entire store, including the kitchen area, equipment, and canopy. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas are cleaned thoroughly and consistently, following health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all store floors daily.
Clean and disinfect surfaces, including shelves, counters, and display areas.
Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and cooking stations.
Ensure all kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.) is thoroughly cleaned after use.
Disinfect and scrub floors, ensuring proper hygiene in food preparation areas.
Clean and maintain the kitchen canopy and ventilation systems, ensuring they are free from grease and debris.
Perform regular deep cleaning of the canopy hood, filters, and exhaust systems.
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, tissue, etc.).
Follow cleaning procedures in compliance with food safety and store hygiene standards.
Wear appropriate protective equipment and ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, especially in a kitchen or retail environment, is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, etc.).
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as needed.
Working Hours:
Cleaning shift daily from 11:00PM to 8:00AM. Cleaning needs to be finished within this window only.
