About the role

The role involves delivering modules at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of curriculum development and quality management. Expertise in teaching tax modules is essential, along with the flexibility to teach across a range of Accounting and Finance modules within UG/PG programmes and client-based programmes.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both academic and research excellence within the field of Accounting and Finance.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant with professional body membership and possess a Good Honours Degree in a relevant subject. Additionally, you will hold a PhD or equivalent qualification, such as recognition through publication or an appropriate professional qualification in the field.

You will bring proven experience in module leadership, particularly for tax modules, and demonstrate competence in designing and implementing formative and summative assessments across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Your expertise will ensure effective learning outcomes and an engaging educational experience for students.

Furthermore, you will have a strong digital capability, with practical experience in using technology and applications that enhance student learning and improve the overall educational experience. This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute their expertise in accounting education and help shape future leaders in the field.
