Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join the School of Biomedical Science Programme Administration team.

The Programme Administration team provide a comprehensive, customer focused and administrative support service to students and academic staff. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the post of Assistant Administrator. You will support students and academics as well as supporting the Senior Programme Administrator and Programme Administrator.

You will need experience in office administration, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Requirements for the role are set out in the Job Description.

This is a part-time, permanent position, working 18.5 hours a week and will be located in the Rolle Building on the main University campus. Days to be confirmed but will include Fridays.

Remote working is available up to 1 day a week.
