Summary
The post holder will co-ordinate and deliver support to Health Care Support Workers to attain the skills and knowledge to deliver high quality patient care and to meet the Care Certificate requirements. Personal Specification Qualifications Knowledge / Previous Experience Essential Registered Nurse with clinical experience Teaching and assessment qualification Experience of teaching, supervising and assessing in the practice setting Desirable PG Cert in Education Skills Essential Understanding and knowledge of the Care Certificate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of different methods and style for teaching and learning Desirable Project management or service development experience
