Summary


A highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual is required to join our team in the Emergency Department at the Royal Oldham Hospital.

The role of the Emergency Department Flow Tracker is to ensure accurate, timely data input and flow support is provided to the Emergency Department team to prevent unnecessary delays and improve patient experience.

The Patient Flow Tracker will escalate potential delays in a timely manner working closely with doctors, nurses and support staff.

You will ideally have administration experience in a health or social care setting, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. You must be able to use your initiative, be flexible in approach and work well in a busy team. Confidentiality and professionalism must be maintained at all times.

The role includes day and night shifts and flexibility will be required to cover for Holidays etc.
