Education and Training
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a school setting.
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to meet the individual needs of students.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
This role involves working in a demanding yet rewarding educational setting, requiring flexibility and resilience to support students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
