Summary

Deputy Manager
Knutsford, Cheshire
Up to £24 per hour

I am looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to work in a beautiful 19th Century 48 bed, home providing nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care in Knutsford, Cheshire.

In this role you will:

• Support the Home Manager
• Deal with the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
• Work alongside the Home Manager to manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
• Ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support

For this fantastic role you must have:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
• Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
