Summary

My client has an amazing opportunity for a fluent German & English-speaking career hungry, ambitious candidate with 2+ year's phone based customer service experience working within an office environment to join them as a Greman speaking Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham.

This role is a 50/50 German and English speaking position supporting their Munich and UK offices.

They seek a candidate with strong customer service and relationship building skills looking to use their German language skills within the workplace. You will be answering queries from insurance brokers and customers throughout the day for my clients digital service platform, so the role will require strong written and verbal skills in both German and English.

Insurance experience would be an advantage, however not essential. Your experience can be from any working background; however, it is essential you speak fluent German and English for this position, those who cannot please do not apply as you will not be considered.
