Job Description

What is the role?

Working as part of the Mobile Alarm Attendant Team, in conjunction with both internal and external agencies to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective authority wide Community Alarm Service that is able to support the most frail, vulnerable members of the community and is able to respond appropriately to customer call-out needs.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5 with an hourly rate from £13.76 - £14.85 and an annual salary from £21,524 - £23,229. This post attracts a 5% non core allowance.

Work pattern for this post is 4 on 4 off rotational early shift/back shift.
