Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Turing House School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Attendance Family Liaison Officer to join our team as soon as possible. The Attendance Family Liaison Officer will be responsible for monitoring and improving whole-school attendance. This will involve working closely with pupils, parents, carers, and staff to identify and address barriers to attendance. Key responsibilities include conducting home visits and developing relationships with families.

The successful candidate will:

• Be calm, composed and professional.
• Be flexible, dedicated and passionate about students achieving the best possible outcomes.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and share the school’s mission and ethos.
• Have a full clean driving licence
