Operations Agent Wanted - Croydon
Our client, a global logistics leader, is seeking an Operations Agent for their Croydon depot on Beddington Lane. This role offers excellent pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
Location: Croydon, Beddington Lane
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10AM-6PM or 12PM-8PM Pay: £13.46 per hour After 7PM: £15.96 per hour Overtime: £20.19 per hour Saturday Pay: Additional £1 per hour Sunday Pay: Additional £2 per hour Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Processing: Scan and track all returned shipments, ensuring accurate data entry.
Operational Support: Assist in the smooth movement of shipments within the depot.
Administrative Duties: Answer calls, create labels, and scan invoices.
Customer Service: Handle internal and external queries, delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility with shifts, including occasional weekend work.
