Summary
To support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team, based on-site at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire.
This exciting new role will support in the delivery of the end-to-end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for our Operations Centres and Head Office functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to on-boarding
- Liaising with Hiring Managers and placing advertisements for all recruitment via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, internal communications and our website
- Monitoring advertisement responses and making decisions on any required actions
- Engaging recruitment agencies where appropriate, being the liaison between them and our hiring managers, arranging interviews and providing feedback on candidates
- Scheduling and supporting with telephone and face to face interviews, as required
- Liaising with candidates on queries, offers of employment and providing feedback from interviews
- Supporting and attending recruitment related events, as required
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in an internal recruitment role within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, from candidate attraction to on-boarding
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives
- Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be an advantage, but not essential
