Summary

Your new company
I am excited to be working with one of our key clients in the professional services sector who are looking for an administrator to join their risk team at their modern city centre office in Liverpool. An international company which has teams based across 28 offices, this is an excellent opportunity to join an inclusive and value-driven business.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to support the Risk team in regard to all administrative tasks. You will provide day to day support to the team, where your duties will include monitoring the risk inbox and allocating queries, processing change requests to existing clients, ensuring appropriate information barriers are created and ensuring any issues that arise are flagged to the supervisor. You will also be expected to assist in organising and contributing to team meetings, prepare slide decks and manage the company gifts and hospitality register.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in an administration role in a similar, professional service organisation. A risk or legal administration background would be desirable but not essential. You will enjoy working as part of a team but will also have a proactive manner to ensure that an excellent administration service is delivered at all times, both in the office and whilst working from home. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads and be comfortable adapting to new processes.
What you'll get in return
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing legal firm on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.30-17.30 with hybrid, usually 2 days per week from home. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a group personal pension. There are also a range of health, wellness and lifestyle benefits. Please enquire for further details of the full benefits package. Competitive salary depending on experience.
