About the role
To lead the Project Management Team in the Midlands. This includes managing the team, resource allocation, Clients and finances.
Work with the Lead for the Quantity Surveying Team in the Midlands to ensure delivery of the Midlands Business Plan objectives.
To provide consultancy services across a range of projects delivered by client and be responsible for all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion. Support the North-West Senior Director with planning and supporting of daily activities within the department. Management of team members to include training and mentoring and participating in business development functions.
