Summary
- To ensure that the requirements from National Policy/Guidance, Royal College Policy/Guidance, HEE and other associated Physician Associate Bodies are acted upon and implemented. - Provide support and knowledge-based advice to Departments in relation to rotations, supervision, assessment, etc., for Physician Associates. - Leading on Induction for Physician Associates being welcomed to GHNHSFT, either substantively or on placement, whilst continually mindful, as to how we can improve this onboarding platform. - Act as a Mentor for the Physician Associate Undergraduate Students whilst on placement at GHNHSFT supporting their development in the role whilst with us. - Attend Stakeholder meetings with both Stakeholder Universities, and take the Trust Lead for any Undergraduate Placement/Training meetings that may be required.
