Summary
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Press Operator / Setter to work in their leading facility in Telford.
For the successful Press Operator / Setter our client is offering:
• Starting rate of up to £11.50 per hour
• Days 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs, 1pm finish Friday
• Temporary - Permanent Role
• Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday & double time Sunday
• When Permanent you will get a attendance bonus of £10 per week, which equates to an additional 25p per hour
The role – Press Operator / Setter;
• Running a Press machine
• Collecting and finishing products ready for final inspection
• Setting the machine up
• Following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
• Meeting daily production targets to achieve customer expectations
• Loading and unloading the Press
• Ensuring products are being produced correctly
What our client is looking for in a Press Operator / Setter;
• Previous Press Operating & Setting experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Good attitude to learn new skills
• If you have Press/Laser/Plasma experience it's highly beneficial
