Delivering even greener veg- We’re in the process of swapping diesel vans to electric, with the goal of 100% electric vans by 2025 for low-emission deliveries to our customers!
Pay - £14.43 per hour ( £30,018 per annum )
Location – To support a healthy work-life balance, we kindly ask that candidates live within a 30-minute commute of either our Burnley or Manchester Distribution Hub's: Burnley Hub: Unit 2, Farrington court, Farrington Place, Farrington Road, Burnley, BB11 5SS Manchester Hub: Unit 16 Thames Trading Estate, Irlam, Manchester, M44 6BP
This role is a Permanent Contract, 40 hours, 5 days per week, usually Monday to Friday and inclusive of Bank Holidays. Start and finish times vary but are usually from 4am until finish – flexibility is required.
What you will be doing…
As a Relief Driver you be asked to cover driving rounds that you are unfamiliar with and travelling further afield as and when required, which may on occasion require an overnight stay.
We pride ourselves on being at the heart of our community of customers and our valued delivery drivers have great relationships with each one, taking the time and care to ensure each veg box arrives in perfect condition and carefully delivered to our customers preferred location.
We are looking for safe & responsible multi drop driving experience as we deliver an average of 80 plus drops veg boxes per day, which will increase at busier times of the year.
