Role Overview: As an Engineering Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our engineering team. This position operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, ensuring continuous support and supervision. Your supervisory/managerial experience will be invaluable in driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of engineers and subcontractors during assigned shifts
Ensure all engineering activities are performed safely
RAMS
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Maintain accurate records and reports of shift activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a commercial engineering environment (offices, schools, hospitals etc) managing hard services/engineering.
Health and safety focused.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
