Summary
Warehouse Supervisor
Fulltime- Permanent – Bishops Cleeve – M-F 8-16 (35Hours) – £28,000-30,000, parking on site
Are you an Warehouse Team leader looking for a new challenge?
Role:
• Allocate work daily. Monitor staff effectiveness and productivity, ensuring all team are motivated and achieving realistic targets.
• Ensure all staff are adequately trained, working correctly and all areas covered.
• Assemble all orders are filled and ensure distributed correctly.
• Plan weekly production. Work closely with other Supervisors to ensure resource allocation
• Escalate shortages or discrepancies with stock. Ensure accurate holding and documentation
• Oversee dispatch and label room including all of it’s contents.
• Perform daily tasks as requested by management.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and training sessions as required.
• Contribute to future company development as part of the implementation team.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Person:
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or labelling environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Counterbalance and reach certification.
