Summary

The Growth Company’s HR team is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support in line with business needs and ensure compliance within GC policy guidelines and that legislative requirements are met.

Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an accurate and efficient administration service to support the wider team.
Management of the shared mailbox, including logging and updating requests on the CRM (Marval) in a timely manner.
Completing activities in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Uphold compliance of documentation and data by liaising with managers and colleagues.
Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records on various systems, Intranet and employee files.
Raise PO’s and reconcile incoming invoices.
Contributing to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives across GC as required, in conjunction with the HR Service Desk Manager and the wider HR Team.
Supporting HR Operations team in the administration aspects associated with organisation changes or restructuring including TUPE.
Designing, maintaining, and continuously improving administrative processes and systems to ensure the smooth-running of recruitment and HR activity.

Able to apply tact and diplomacy to sensitive matters, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercial environment.
Flexible with ability to deal with customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
Has a positive attitude to change and the need for flexibility in planning and behaviour.
Ability to take ownership of processes from start to end.
Skills Required

A minimum of a GCSE level C or equivalent in numeracy and literacy.
Experience in an administrative role for at least 24 months.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build effective and positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Pro- active and highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume and varied workload in a busy fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail and ensuring quality levels are in line with customer KPI expectations.
