Responsibilities
Assist in the daily maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
Support the senior caretakers in conducting routine inspections and repairs.
Help maintain an organized and safe environment for employees and visitors.
Participate in scheduled training sessions to learn necessary skills.
Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address minor issues promptly.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during tasks.
Keep records of maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
Strong desire to learn and develop within the caretaking field.
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and facilities maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
