RECRUITING EXPERIENCED ROOFERS
We are a prestigious roofing contractors based in Borehamwood, offering full roofing services (repairs, maintenance and full new roofs) to both commercial & private clients in Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas for over 50 years.
WE ARE RECRUITING NOW
Due to ever increasing volumes of new work being undertaken we are currently recruiting for experienced roofer/s to join our exceptional team.

Experienced Roofer (All Year Working / Weekend work available):
£150 - £240 per day + fuel (8am – 16:30pm)
(dependent on experience, skill set, own transport etc.)
-Full UK Driving License (Preferred)
(No more than 6 points for use of company vehicles)
-Own Transport (Preferred) (Company Van possible for right candidates)
-CIS Registered (UTR) (Required)
-Blue Roofing ‘Skilled Worker’ CSCS Card
(preferred – completion required within 3 months of start date)
-CITB Specialist Working at Heights at heights (WAH) (Preferred)
-Complete own Set of Roofing Tools (Required)
-Power Tools, Leads etc. (Preferred)

Experience Required
-Slate roofing: 6-8 yrs.
-Tile roofing: 6-8 yrs.
-Complete new roofs (strip, felt, batten, tile, lead,) 6-8yrs.
-Flat roofing (torch on felt): 6-8 yrs.
-Lead Work (dressing & finishing) 6-8 yrs.
-Velux / Window Fitting: 6-8yrs.
-Gutters Soffit and fascia: 6-8 yrs.
-New build projects (multiple roofs): 3+ yrs (preferred not required)
(Willing to consider candidates with 3/4+ Years experience but would need to be able to demonstrate exceptional standards of the skill sets required)
Skill Sets Required
-Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers & office
-Must be organised and confident in completing a new roof from plan, start to completion
-Must be able to identify a roofing issue / problem and be able explain the issue and demonstrate the solution
-Must be reliable and able to work on your own and as part of a team
-Must be able to give clear concise instructions to labourers and manage daily staff and workloads of site.
-Be confident in issue reporting to management
