The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication among stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks.
Support budget tracking and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
