You will be teaching Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that help students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and improve student outcomes
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)
- Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive attitude
- Commitment to student development and promoting a positive learning environment
