Summary
The Band 7 Manager will act as an exemplar role model delivering high standards of care demonstrating care and compassion at all times. The posy holder must be able to demonstrate exceptional and effective leadership skills with excellent communication skills, with a desire to develop themselves and others. The facility will have the capacity to accommodate 10 patients on beds and 15 patients on chairs and will be open 7 days a week from 8am 8pm.
