We are recruiting a committed SEN Learning Mentor to work with our partner school in Northampton. This full-time position offers the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. If you're passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment, this opportunity is for you.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
- Availability for at least 6 months.
- A passion for helping young people with SEN reach their full potential.
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both one-on-one and in groups, to aid their academic, emotional, and social progress.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Help students with behaviour management, confidence building, and relationship development.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
