Vaccination Specialist Midwife

Are you looking for new prospects in your midwifery career? We are seeking a motivated and experienced midwife to lead our Maternity Vaccination Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and passionate team in the senior role of Vaccination Specialist Midwife.

You will be responsible for the provision of a safe and effective service in the delivery of maternity vaccines in our antenatal services. This will include actively raising awareness of maternity vaccinations and appropriate gestations for administration, providing training and support to other staff, leading and participating in clinical audit, and evaluating care and services.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic NMC registered midwife to join us in this role where you will work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team and in partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide effective professional leadership to the Maternity Vaccination Clinics.

To provide effective professional leadership to the Maternity Vaccination Team.

Provide oversight and day to day support and supervision of the Maternity Vaccination Clinics, contributing to the delivery of a safe, professional, effective, and efficient service. Participate in clinical audit programmes and service evaluation.
