Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen with in Central Cheshire Talking Therapies service for a Patient Coordinator .

The successful applicant will be a integral part of the Talking Therapies Service , providing effective & efficient non clinical support to the people whom use our service , whilst also providing administrative and clerical support to the clinical team working as a valued member of our admin team serving the population of Central Cheshire.

We have bases in both Crewe and Winsford.

We work closely with colleagues from within the Secondary Mental Health services and the third sector. In house managerial supervision will be provided and you will supported with continuous professional development.



Providing effective & efficient non clinical support to the Talking Therapies Service within Central Cheshire

Working as part of our team providing admin support to the Practitioners within the Talking Therapies service

To be responsible for receiving , prioritising and distributing confidential & sensitive referrals from patients , GPs and other health care professionals

Excellent communication skills are required as you will deal on a day to day basis with the public and other professionals.

Maintain up to date and accurate electronic diaries which includes making and cancelling patient appointments. Ensuring all available clinical slots are filled , supporting the clinical team to meet & maintain their capacity

Undertake any training & development necessary to fulfil the requirements of this post
