We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our busy team as a Senior Recruitment Assistant/International Advisor. Working as part of the recruitment team you will play a crucial role in in delivering a high quality administrative and recruitment service to managers, colleagues and candidates. You will need to demonstrate a professional and approachable manner with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and manage your time effectively.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of overseeing our recruitment assistants to ensure the delivery of our recruitment service meets the needs of the organisation as well as supporting the department in all international recruitment activities to include providing practical and pastoral support to our international recruits. This will involve working closely with our Deputy Recruitment Manager by specifically providing recruitment support and information/analysis as well as requesting Certificates of Sponsorship, Employment letters, Visa applications and renewals as well as dealing with queries relating to job applications and visa thresholds.
The role requires good organisational skills along with a working knowledge of recruitment/employment legislation as well as having PC skills to include Word, Excel and databases with the ability to extract and prepare statistical information and reports.
You will be educated to NVQ level 3/4 in business administration or have an equivalent level of experience with GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent in English and Maths.
