Summary
We support individual therapy work, through supervision with experienced colleagues in a range of therapy models, case discussion with the wider Step 4 team and support further training. As well as being part of the Step 4 City Team, the successful candidates will be part of a vibrant and friendly group of psychologists who work across the Trust. We meet on a regular basis to share ideas, CPD and leadership meetings. Our commitment to you is that we will provide you with opportunities to develop professionally within a committed and supportive adult mental health service, which plays an important role in supporting increasing access to psychological therapies within community settings. The posts are being supported by the Consultant Lead for Step 4 and the LMHTs Psychologists, as well as the Professional Lead for Clinical Psychology within AMH.
