Role Overview: Manage and deliver engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations. Lead a team, develop innovative design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex construction projects, often in urban environments.
- Conduct surveys, complete designs, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Oversee site visits to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Handle statutory notices and liaise with stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
- Manage project finances and contracts, emphasizing timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Supervise and direct project staff.
Focus Areas:
- Support Urban Transport objectives.
- Work across various fields including Highways, Civil, Structural, Drainage, Contract Administration, and Surveying.
