Summary

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £12.69

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Duration: Temporary until Christmas, with the potential for a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

Print orders from websites.
Type up gift cards and bulk print tickets.
Book out orders and process them efficiently.
Answer phones and handle queries with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
Take customer orders over the phone.
Greet and manage click & collect customers at reception.
Handle returns and manage the dashboard.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, especially with order processing systems.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
