Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a partner school in Barnstaple. This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers the opportunity to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and make a lasting positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students in managing behaviour, emotions, and social interactions.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help facilitate daily classroom activities to ensure students are engaged and progressing.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to stay patient, flexible, and understanding in challenging situations.
- A passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
