Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Wandsworth, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management experience.

The role involves developing tailored educational plans and implementing strategies that support students with diverse learning abilities.
- Provide vital support in the academic, social, and emotional development of students with special educational needs.
- Help manage challenging behaviour by employing effective behaviour management strategies and positive reinforcement.
- Monitor and report any concerns regarding student behaviour.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Educated to degree level.
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) - prior experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor learning experiences to individual needs.

- Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, though in some cases there may be the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
