Summary
- You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
- You’ll need to manage a busy and rapidly changing schedule, thinking strategically about the needs, milestones and commitments of Digital delivery teams.
- You will support in the tracking of projects using defined methods for each programme, escalating issues as appropriate.
- You’ll provide analysis and updates to members of the leadership team regarding the progress and potential issues within your portfolio.
- You will help to maintain a view of key project factors, including outcomes, costs, risks, dependencies, and priorities across the portfolio, ensuring they are documented and presented appropriately.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Project Management.
Part of this apprenticeship is to complete and pass a level 2 English and Maths functional skills qualification. If you have already achieved GCSEs in English and Maths at Level 4 (grade C) or above, you will not need to complete the functional skills test.
To be eligible for the apprenticeship you are required to hold the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- Hold a valid passport/birth certificate or residence permit.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date or hold refugee status.
- Not be in full-time education or be undertaking another apprenticeship by the apprenticeship start date.
- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- You must hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent or be willing to undertake and pass a functional skills assessment.

We expect the apprenticeship to start from 3rd February 2025. Please ensure that you are available for this start date.

Please note- If you are applying on a part-time basis, you are required to do a minimum of 30 hours per week as this role combines work and studies.
