Summary
To plan, prepare and carry out the appropriate level of meaningful activity with patients, and to progress activity programmes under appropriate guidance from qualified therapy staff. Communicate effectively with patients, carers/relatives and all multi-professional colleagues regarding all aspects of patient care. Utilising tact and persuasion engage patients in activity programmes, making basic clinical decisions e.g. is the patient fit to undertake the planned activity.
