Summary

We are looking for Domestic Assistants to assist in the cleaning of rooms, flats and communal areas within Hillhead Student Village.

At times the post holder may be based at any premises the University occupies, and therefore may be required to work at any University location.
The role will form part of the Estates & Facilities section within student accommodation. Approximately 2500 students are currently housed in University accommodation.

The hours of work available are:
9:00am – 13:00pm (20 hours per week, 5 days from 7)
Or
8:00am – 14:00pm (10 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday)
The Domestic Assistant is responsible for providing a high quality of work and high levels of customer service across the relevant sectors of the accommodation department.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are committed to providing a high standard of service who enjoy working independently as well as part of a team. Applicants must be flexible to work additional hours where required.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 1, £22,776 per annum pro rata (£12 per hour).
