Logistics People are looking for Yard Operatives to join our team.

Location: Deeside, Great Bear

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 Fixed Shifts Available

Pay rate: £11.44

Position: Yard Operative

Logistics People are currently recruiting Yard Operatives to join our team in Deeside, based at our Great Bear site.

As a Yard Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

• Loading and unloading of vehicles for all parts of the business.
• Responsible for the recycling and pallet holding on site, ensuring site is kept clean and tidy, and all equipment is operational.
• To ensure all yard areas are kept clean and tidy by designating areas for items, marking the areas, using correct skips and trailers for damaged pallets.
• Counterbalance experience is essential.

Our ideal candidate:

• Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
• Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
• Ability to work accurately and methodically.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
