Job Title: Payroll & HR Administrator

Reporting To: Group HR Shared Services Team Leader

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday

Salary: Market Rate

Your role:

A fantastic and unique opportunity has arisen for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join the people services team under the HR
function.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring full compliance is followed
with the relevant regulations, through collecting and inputting the correct data into the payroll system.

In addition to this, you will provide comprehensive support to the HR admin function. You will play a crucial role in the
administration of our time management and employee system, updating new starts, leavers and track absences. Furthermore you will
support with the administration of company benefits and pension regulations. You will be expected to deal with customer of all
levels within the business.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of weekly and monthly payroll processing,
preferably gained within a manufacturing environment; a good knowledge of payroll legislation; excellent attention to detail and
working knowledge of the auto-enrolment process.
