Summary

The Diabetes & Endocrinology services sits within the ambitious and welcoming Primary Care, Community and Therapies group which has direct and indirect links with place and primary care colleagues empowering clinicians to work proactively together to impact health inequalities for our population. Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWB) is an integrated care organisation with a budget of approximately £600million and over 7,000 staff. Our new acute hospital, MMUH, opens in 2024 and will provide care to our local population from first class, purpose-built premises.
