Summary
We are currently seeking a New Junior Sales Executive/tele sales/marketing . The position is a long-term commitment and will provide the successful applicant with an unlimited opportunity to develop and expand their own ambitions within the company.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful person will be responsible for targeting new business (business to business sales) , prospecting, and researching/searching for new businesses that use our range of security and cleaning services.
Sending marketing emails to clients on our database and following them up with a phone call to build a working conversation around what we can offer
The candidate must have an interest and hunger and determination in winning a wide range of new business in the Security and Facilities Management sector.
We will offer a limited amount of product and service training but the successful candidate’s desire to achieve will be the predominant factor for success
Personal Specification
You should have a natural bright enthusiastic personality for new business and have excellent written and communication skills which are essential, an understanding of marketing in the business-to-business environment
You will demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team and deliver within given timescales and be well organised.
Salary
The actual salary and package offering will be wholly dependent on the potential of the successful candidate but based on our industry expectations.

Working hours: 30 per week Monday to Thursday 09.30 – 16.00 Friday 09.30 – 12.30
Initial Three-month initial trial
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Solihull: office based in Solihull town centre
Education:
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: call centre or sales (business to business)
Language:
• English (preferred)
