Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, especially those with autism or other special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students who may be disengaged or have ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the SEN team to adapt learning materials and ensure that all students’ needs are met.
• Support students in building confidence, developing independence, and navigating the mainstream school environment.
• Assist with general classroom activities, assessments, and lesson preparation.

Ideal Candidate:
• A recent graduate, preferably with a Psychology degree or a strong interest in education or special educational needs.
• Passionate about supporting students with autism, ADHD, or SEMH and keen to make a difference in their educational journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
• Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a plus, but not essential.
