Summary
We are looking for a passionate and friendly individual who would like the experience of working in a catering or busy kitchen environment. We are looking for somebody who has a can do attitude and will work enthusiastically to provide exceptional, wholesome and delicious meals to every customer. Also using excellent communication skills to work alongside and collaborate with other colleagues in the kitchen and customers.
You will also be required to :-
● Support with food preparation, serving, washing up and cleaning.
● Work to the highest standards of food safety and follow HSE requirements.
● Ensure food is prepared with regard and attention to special dietary
requirements and allergies.
● Support the cook with recipe costing, stock control and record keeping.
● Use excellent communication skills to work alongside and collaborate with
other colleagues in the kitchen and customers.
● Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Catering Manager.
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley
College or your place of work. Student to complete a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship.
You will also be required to :-
