We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Service Support Assistant who is committed in providing efficient administrative support for the West Locality Team (Adults).
The post holder will predominately provide administrative support to a large team of social care staff, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Daily duties include speaking with customers and providers both over the telephone and in person, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential. Managing a team inbox and providing minuting support for professional meetings, previous experience of minute taking is desirable.
Experience of working in an office/administration environment with a good understanding of IT based systems, including Microsoft Office is essential. Previous experience of Liquid Logic is desirable.
The successful candidate must have a ‘can do’ approach to the role and be committed to delivering an efficient and effective support service.
