Summary
Here at Marlborough Highways we are looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our growing team based in Chelmsford. As Transport Compliance Supervisor you will play a vital role in keeping our fleet running smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for supervising our transport team, ensuring our team is efficient and compliant at all times.
Manage and maintain all general fleet compliance
Supervising and facilitating routine fleet audits
Facilitating end to end investigations from incidents involving fleet vehicles
Ensure that your team understand and comply with all health and safety regulations
Oversee fleet schedules and fleet maintenance
Manage and maintain records in accordance with regulations set by the Operator Licence
Effectively manage all breakdowns and faults within our fleet
A minimum of 3-year experience working within a transport supervisor role
Great communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members
CPC qualification desirable
Key2 experience would be beneficial
