What You’ll Do - Sales Advisor:
Handle inbound sales queries – from contract renewals and upgrades to troubleshooting issues.
Support customers with clear, helpful advice and promote additional products and services where relevant.
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and ensure they leave every call feeling valued and supported.
Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
What We’re Looking For - Sales Advisor:
Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude is what really counts!
A natural ability to talk to people, listen carefully, and offer tailored solutions.
