Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and lead on work to enhance our employer brand, recruitment marketing and candidate attraction methods.

Following additional investment to support the delivery of our strategic people ambitions, our talent acquisition team are developing our attraction agenda, employer brand, and our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring the delivery of specialist attraction and resourcing campaigns.

You will be delivering an outstanding employer branding and recruitment marketing service, maintaining our recruitment website and ensuring we develop engaging and innovative content to attract the best talent into the organisation.

You will be passionate about Talent and recruitment with innovative ideas about how to best use social media, digital marketing and other media to increase engagement and awareness of Frimley Health as an employer of choice. You will develop creative strategies to support the attraction of candidates into our specialist and 'hard to fill' roles, as well as supporting our regular campaigns and ongoing brand awareness.

You will have excellent communication skills, with a creative and self-motivated mindset. You will work with managers, colleagues across the wider Resourcing team, and external partners to ensure we are advertising on all the best platforms and improvement awareness of the Frimley Health brand.

• Work closely with colleagues across the Resourcing team to develop our employer branding and recruitment attraction strategies to ensure a consistent approach across all media in support of recruitment action plans, utilising a range of advertising media, attendance at conferences/recruitment fairs and other ad-hoc activity.
• Provide a professional social media management service, monitoring social media channels for our recruitment and candidate attraction, providing analysis and reports on social media account performance. Develop and grow recruitment social media channels and create content plans.
• Support the development of the recruitment website from a talent acquisition perspective, ensuring it promotes our offering and our employer brand and allows us to attract talented individuals to our organisation.
• Create and manage digital content for the recruitment website and external advertising methods.
• Plan and book advertising campaigns, working with agencies / publications and management team to plan and agree advert content and associated recruitment activity. Attend relevant meetings to identify forthcoming recruitment needs in line with the workforce and service development plans.
• Prepare job advertisements and any other recruitment promotional / marketing materials required to promote opportunities within the Trust in the best possible way.
• Provide and promote ideas relating to relevant recruitment advertising opportunities, such as attendance at conferences, recruitment fairs, national publications, etc. based on knowledge and research of the recruitment market.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process: advertising vacancies, responding to applicant queries, arranging and undertaking interviews and updating candidates.
• Deliver recruitment and selection training to managers as and when required.
• Provide a high-quality recruitment and selection service, with specific focus on developing our employer brand, implementing recruitment marketing and talent acquisition initiatives, and expanding the use of social / digital attraction methods.
