Are you an experienced property Maintenance / Tradesperson looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for restoration work? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client is a renowned property maintenance company based in Chard, known for their high-quality repair / restoration services. They are currently seeking a Maintenance / Tradesperson to join the team. You will have the opportunity to use your multi-trade background to support the team and work on exciting restoration projects. This is a hands on role where you will be part of the team completing all work, always adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Your main responsibilities will include resolving issues on site, and communicating with the client to provide progress updates. Your experience and knowledge in plumbing, tiling, carpentry, painting, decorating, mould and damp knowledge will be utilised to ensure that every project is completed to the client's satisfaction.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to work on ladders and at heights, as some of our projects may require you to work at elevated levels.
