The Role
You'll join one of our truly unique contracts working on supporting the current fleet or shaping the future fleet, ultimately you will own and deliver tasks that ensure submarines and submariners go to sea safely.

What you'll do:

  • Set, manage, and maintain project baselines utilising an integrated project controls approach (schedule, cost, risk).
  • Manage project budgeting, work authorisation, and change.
  • Define and manage project data including assumptions and exclusions.
  • Analyse and validate project data; and provide regular project performance reports (including earned value).
  • Undertake Stakeholder identification and assessment, and co-ordinate stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and enable project governance and oversight.

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrable experience with project control processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Relevant qualification in Project Management (APM PMQ or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A drive to own and shape your career development journey.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
