Summary
To maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels, internal and external across the whole health economy Demonstrate duties of role to new and less experience staff Resolve day-to-day basic operational and administrative problems relating to reception and building governance with the support and guidance of the Locality Reception Participate in the reception rota to ensure a reception service is available throughout the locality. To cover during extended opening hours were applicable To provide a meet and greet service to service users, carers, staff and members of the public.
